3 - عند رجوع الطلب إلينا أو جزء منه بعد شحنه إلى عنوان العميل( المشتري ) لأي سبب يتعلق بعدم استلام العميل( المشتري ) في عنوانه يتم فقط رد قيمة الكتب التي تم استلامها من طرفنا بعد خصم عمولة الرد (والشحن في جميع الأحوال لا ترد قيمته لأن الخدمة حصلت).
4 - وفي حالة اكتشاف خطأ مطبعي داخل الكتاب لا يستوجب علينا تبديله، بل سيحاول قسم الدعم الفني إرسال الصفحات اللازمة بالإيميل بملفات PDF خلال مدة 45 يوم من إعلامنا.
5 - -يعتبر إرسال الكتب بالبريد وإرسال صورة بوليصة الشحن عبر الإيميل للعميل ( المشتري ) هو انتهاء لمسئولية الدار ( الموقع ) عن تسليم الطلب للعميل ( المشتري ) وتبدأ حينها مسئولية العميل ( المشتري ) بمتابعة الاستلام مع شركة البريد ودفع الجمارك إن وجدت أو أي مصاريف لازمة في بلده قبل الاستلام حسب قوانين بلد العميل ( المشتري ).
6 - في حالة استلام العميل ( المشتري ) الكتب تالفة ( مبللة- ممزقة- ناقصة- أي تلف آخر ) بسبب الشحن يكون على العميل( المشتري ) مراجعة شركة البريد لاستلام التعويض المناسب منهم إن وجد وكذلك في حالة عدم الاستلام وفقدان الكتب.
